Collaborative & stakeholder-driven
I don't design in isolation. I work closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to understand what's actually feasible and what success looks like.
Delivery-focused
Beautiful designs that never ship don't matter. I design with engineering timelines, technical constraints, and real-world trade-offs in mind.
Clarity over polish
I care about visual quality, but not at the expense of usability. If it's clear, consistent, and gets users where they need to go — it's working.
Outcomes over outputs
I measure success by what changed for users and the business — not how many screens I delivered or features I shipped.
